목적
- Power & Energy Control System (PECS) aims to study the operation of power device, develop the control algorithm, control the digital protective relay, and analyze the fault phenomenon related to the entire power system and energy grid. Based on the theoretical and the practical approach for the above subjects, PECS comes up with a novel idea and develops regarding the control library and the method of real-time simulation.
